All content, technology, and materials provided by IokeHX remain our exclusive property:

• Assessment methodologies and software tools

6. Performance Claims and Warranties

Performance Estimates: Energy savings and performance estimates are based on typical operating conditions and historical data. Actual results may vary based on:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• IokeHX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party:

• Either party may terminate with reasonable notice
• IokeHX may suspend services for non-payment or breach of terms
• Termination does not affect completed transactions or ongoing obligations
• Certain provisions (confidentiality, intellectual property) survive termination

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Michigan, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in Michigan courts.

13. Changes to Terms

IokeHX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time:
